Savasana is a yoga pose, typically done in the end of the practice, where you lay down on your mat and let one muscle, one thought at a time relax. Savasana is meant to be done in a completely neutral state. It helps to balance and to calm both body and mind. With no good, and no bad. From there, the flow of energy slowly moves up and down your body, a state of simply being at this moment, being present without past or future. This what makes you feel rejuvenated, relaxed and calm, the flow of calmness, the flow of being. This is the energy that I'm cultivating and embracing in all my work. I believe in organic flow of work, balanced and calm and I'm here to bring stress-free, judgment-free, fun and at the same time productive sessions in both yoga and holistic nutrition.
Passion for yoga has been following me for years. I think we all start from taking few classes at your local gym or yoga studio for fun. I wasn't any different, I went for the experience and a work out. Few times after, I felt in unconditional love with the results of how i was feeling both: physically and mentally. Yoga truly does wonders if you let it.

Nutrition has become my passion ever since I began my yogic path. Realizing how much the food we consume influence our life has become a turning point for me. I believe in preventative medicine, holistic approach to your body and mental health, loving and building the best version of yourself.
